Feelers just reaching Fresh Angle International, say the roof of a two - storey building of Nigerian Correctional Service in Warri, Delta State, popularly known as Okere Prison, Warri, has just been blown off by the wind that accompanied a heavy downpour that lasted for about 15 minutes.

It was unclear as at the time of this brief report if there was casualty and how the inmates occupying the top floor will spend the night without roof on the building.

About100 meters perimeter fence of the correctional centre, South - West of the gate, reportedly collapsed and it took the gallantry of a mobile policeman attached to the centre, to stop inmates from escaping.
