Africa: WHO reports 216 new confirmed COVID-19 cases within 24-hours


The African Region of World Health Organization, WHO, has reported 216 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 across 15 countries in the Region, within the past 24-hours.

 

A statement obtained by Fresh Angle International from WHO African Twitter handle at about 12:00 noon today, Thursday March 26, revealed that Guinea Bissau and Mali, are the latest African countries to record COVID-19 cases, apart from countries in the region with reported cases.
