Newly elected President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention Youth Conference, NBCYC, Deacon Habakkuk Ishaku says youths are the future of Nigeria and therefore should rise up and do things according to the fear of God.

Deacon Ishaku made the assertion at First Baptist Church Warri, Delta State in an exclusive chat with Our Senior Correspondent during the 46th annual youth conference of the Nigerian Baptist Convention Youth Conference with the theme: “Open Heavens”.

He advised Christian youths to be well behaved and shun anything that will make them miss track on the ladder of God, adding that youths can only make it in life and in the future by focusing their trust on God.

According to him, God can never fail any of His children in any part of Nigeria, even as he prayed for peace, love and development of the country.

Vice President 1 of Nigeria Baptist Convention Youth Conference, Mrs. Ochuko Ojieh said Providence Delta was the Chief Host of the 46th session of NBCYC which is made up of nine states of the South East zone of the Baptist Convention.

Fresh Angle International can report that the conference featured praises and worship, drama presentation, messages, seminar on healthy living and enriched Christian life by Deacon (Dr.) Ighodiorho Iggue as well as other life enriching spiritual gospel presentations by different zones.
