Feelers reaching Fresh Angle International say four male armed robbery suspects were at about 2pm today, Monday September 26 shot dead by mobile policemen on patrol.
According to eye witnesses, the suspected four armed bandits who purportedly robbed an unidentified church and Cemetery Road in Warri earlier, were driving towards the Okere Market axis of Ajamimogha when a team of mobile policemen on patrol sighted and followed them.
The suspects allegedly opened fire on the patrol team before their Volkswagen car hit a street light pole at the Ekpen Bend of Ajamimogha Road, leaving the car badly damaged.
Two of the suspects attempted to escape and they were immediately shot dead by the patrol team, while the remaining two pleaded to be taken to the Police Station, but were also shot dead immediately by the policemen.
