A widower believed to be between 44 and 45 years face banishment from Okere, a Warri community in Delta State for allegedly defiling two siblings, Fresh Angle International can exclusively report.

The man identified simply as Charles was caught at about 7am Tuesday January 3 at Ode-Ile quarters (Oki) Okere, after he was identified in the midst of several others by a baby of close to 3 years old, who was one of the suspect’s victims.

A source in the community told Fresh Angle International that the suspect who allegedly defiled the 3-year old baby and her elder sister about a week earlier, had denied the allegation before the innocent baby pointed at him.

According to the source, it was when the baby complained to her mother that she was feeling pain on her private part after being molested, that her mother sought to know who touched her. It was during the mother’s inquest that the 3-year old child (name withheld) told the mom what transpired days earlier.

As at the time of this report, the suspect was in the community cell and has been told that he will foot the victim’s medical bills, while he will be banished from the community.
