Members of Delta State Chapter of National Council of Women Society, NCWS led by the President, Mrs. Helen Tsitse Bob-Manuel, on Monday February 17, paid a courtesy visit to the new Head of Personnel Management, HPM of Warri South Local Government Council, Dr. (Mrs.) Minnie Igbrude.
In her remarks, Mrs. Helen Bob-Manuel, explained that the visit was to formally welcome Dr. Igbrude to Warri South Local Government Council and to share the message of hospitality people of local government area are known for.
Mrs. Helen Bob-Manuel, who was accompanied by the leadership of NCWS in Warri South Local Government Area, later decorated Dr. Igbrude with the NCWS wrapper.
Mrs. Igbrude expressed appreciation for the visit, saying Warri South Local Government is like home to her.
While encouraging members of NCWS to work together in peace and love, the Warri South Council Head of Personnel Management, who was flanked by Mr. Geoffrey Anamali and Mrs. Charity Odion of the Admin Department of the Council, stated that she was ready to support and work closely with the leadership of NCWS in the council area.
