Delta State Chairman of Nigeria Peoples Congress, NPC, Mr. Mamuzo Gabriel has cautioned Governor Ifeanyi Okowa against appointing Transition Committee members for Local Government Councils, saying opposition parties are not ready for such unconstitutionality, Our Delta North Correspondent reports.
Mamuzo said his party, the Nigerian Peoples Congress, NPC was formed to redeem the suffering of Nigerians, with the kind of leadership running the affairs of the party, we will offer Nigerians quality leadership when voted to power in 2019 general elections.
“Nigerians home and abroad will feel the devident of democracy, yes by October 2017 the present administration at the Local Government Area level will expire and NPC are equally prepared to run for the election. We have mapped out our strategies on how to win some Chairmanship and Councillors positions. Nigerians have been in bondage since the inception of this democracy, we are calling on Nigerians to look beyond the so called big parties, no party is small. Nigerians should join hands to push out unsatisfied and greedy leaders. I call on youths to partispate in party politics, contest elective positions in all levels”, Mamuzo added.
