The Chief Inspector of Education, CIE Warri South Local Government, Dr. Ugbejeh Samson, has commended the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, “for his outstanding efforts in the development of education in the Warri South Local Area.”
Fresh Angle International, understands that the CIE made the commendation at Warri South Council Main Secretariat, Tuesday June 24, when Comr. Agbateyiniro presented branded notebooks to all public primary schools in Warri South Local Government Area.
According to Dr. Ugbejeh, the Chairman's initiatives, have yielded significant improvements in education quality, infrastructure and teacher-performance.
He noted that the Chairman's investment in buildings, renovation of schools and provision of chairs, has created a conducive learning environment for the pupils, while the provision of scholarship to pupils, has encouraged academic excellence and made education more accessible.

The seasoned educational administrator, opined that effective implementation of policies and programmes initiated by the chairman, has helped to promote education as well as boosted enrolment rates and learning outcomes.
Dr. Ugbejeh, stated that through the efforts of Comr. Agbateyiniro, education has become more accessible to children in Warri South, increased higher enrolment rates and pupils' academic performance as well as improved teachers' performance.
The CIE, observed that lack of security guards in schools, has led to constant vandalization of schools' properties, which needs to be addressed.
He concluded that the Executive Chairman's efforts have shown significant impact, but while addressing the challenges will further enhance the quality of education in Warri South.
