Former Leader of Warri South Council Legislative Arm, Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre, on Tuesday January 7, returned as Leader of the Council Legislature, following the stepping aside of Hon. Jude Onovughe Igherebuo, who held sway as Leader of the Legislative Arm for couple of months.
Fresh Angle International understands that motion for the nomination of Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre’s return as Leader of the House, was moved during plenary by Hon. James Lori Urowayino and Seconded by Hon. Sylvester Ijabor.
The re-elected Leader, Hon. Edafiadjebre, in a statement after the legislative session, thanked Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi and other leaders of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the local government area for their roles in restoring peace in the council’s legislature.
He promised to carry every member of the Legislative Arm along in the quest at providing good governance at the local government area.
