Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, says the resolve by his administration to incease the 2020 budget proposal by 13.7%, compared to the 2019 appropriation, was premised on expected increase from the federation and state accounts as well as determination by the council to vigorously improve on its internally generated revenue profile.
Dr. Tidi gave the explanation Friday February 21, at the Warri South Council Legislative Chamber, while presenting the 2020 draft estimate to the Warri South Legislative Arm.
