Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, has felicitated with Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro, on the occasion of his 52nd birthday, today Thursday April 16.
Dr. Tidi, described Barr. Otuaro as a good example of humility and commitment to service, adding, " his loyalty to the state governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, is exemplary and worthy of emulation".
While commending Barr. Kingsley Otuaro for working in synergy with the state governor and the PDP leadership for sustaining peace in the party in Delta South, particularly during the recent ward and local government congresses, Dr. Tidi prayed God to continually endow Barr. Otuaro and members of his family with good health, long life and fruitfulness in all their endeavours.
He described the state deputy governor as a God - fearing man, who identifies with the needy and willing to share from his resources and knowledge at all times.
