President of Itsekiri National Youth Council, INYC, Hon. David Tonwe says those who sponsored a recent advertorial in the Vanguard Newspaper, claiming that the tenure of his executive have since elapsed are fifth columnist, just as he averred that Itsekiri Nation is not for sale.
Hon. Tonwe who spoke at his private residence in Warri when he received the leadership of Iwere Development Association, IDA, Warri Social, National Association of Itsekiri Graduates, NAIG and National Association of Itsekiri Students, NAIS, noted that nobody is bigger than Itsekiri Nation hence the sponsors of the advertorial cannot stop his leadership from continuing the good-work it has started.
Secretary of Iwere Development Association, IDA, Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro had in a brief described the advertorial as disturbing and stated that the sponsors do not belong to any of the INYC sub groups: NAIG, NAIS, IDA and Warri Social.

According to Comrade Agbateyiniro, the INYC under the leadership of Hon. Tonwe has done a lot in improving the lots of Itsekiri youths, especially the amnesty granted to some Itsekiri youths.
The National President of NAIG, Comrade Alero Tenumah, Chairman Board of Trustees of Warri Social, Comrade Sonny Bodor as well as the National President of NAIS also corroborated the views of Comrade Agbateyiniro and pledged their unalloyed support to Hon. Tonwe’s leadership.
