We will sue you, if you refuse to implement Executive Order 10-SERAP threatens Governors

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, SERAP, this afternoon, Tuesday May 26, threatened to sue governors of the thirty-six states, if they refuse to implement the Executive Order 10, just signed by President Muhammadu Buhari.

A statement obtained by Fresh Angle International from the verified Twitter Handle of SERAP, revealed that the state governors were planning to meet, “'to brainstorm' on President Buhari's Executive Order 10 granting financial autonomy to states' judiciary and legislature.”

SERAP declared: “Rather than 'brainstorming' the governors ought to have started implementing the constitutional amendment on financial autonomy for states' judiciary and legislature, even without Executive Order 10.”
