Birthday: Opuoru felicitates with Ereyitomi, says federal lawmaker is all – embracing

A Chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party and member representing Warri South Constituency 2 in Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru, has felicitated with the member representing Warri Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, on the occasion of his born -day today, Saturday June 20.

Hon. Opuoru in a message, described Chief Thomas Ereyitomi as an all – embracing legislator, saying the federal lawmaker had in his first year at the House of Representatives, incorporated the various interests that make up Warri Federal Constituency in the pursuit of ensuring his constituents are not marginalized in the scheme of things at the National level.

The state lawmaker who is known for grassroots mobilization and empowerment, identified ongoing efforts by Chief Ereyitomi to ensure that people from Warri Federal Constituency who were unjustly fired in Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company, WRPC are recalled.

While praying God to grant Chief Ereyitomi more grace and sound health in his resolve to fairly and positively represent people of Warri Federal Constituency, Hon. Opuoru enjoined him to continuously expand his broad – based engagements of critical stakeholders in the determination to initiate legislation that would transform into massive infrastructural development of the constituency.

Hon. Opuoru used the opportunity to thank Chief Ereyitomi for his support towards his electoral victory last year, saying Chief Ereyitomi stood firmly for him, right from the PDP primary to the general polls .
