Wife of former Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly and ace local government administrator, Dr. (Mrs.) Minnie Igbrude, has felicitated with the wife of Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Mrs. Juliet Tidi, on the occasion of her birthday, Saturday July 11.
Dr. Igbrude, who is the Warri South Council Head of Personnel Management, HPM, described Mrs. Juliet Tidi as a God - fearing and humble personality as well as a great example of the Proverbs 31 woman.

While praying God to continually endow Mrs. Tidi with uncommon wisdom, humility, good health and motherly love to sustain her support for the Dr. Michael Tidi led administration of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Igbrude expressed optimism that God's protection and guidance will never cease in the life of the Warri South First Lady.
