I will ensure graduates from Omadino are employed in IOCs – new OGF Chair, Odume assures

The newly inaugurated Chairman of Omadino Graduates’ Forum, OGF, Mr. James Odume, says he will ensure that graduates who are indigenes of Omadino Community in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, are gainfully be employed in the International Oil and Gas Companies, IOCs,  operating in their homeland.

 

Odume gave the assurance Thursday August 6, at the secretariat of National Association of Itsekiri Graduates, NAIG in Ugbori, Warri, during the swearing-in of the new executive of OGF that will pilot affairs of the forum for the next four years.

 

 

Our Senior Correspondent reports that Odume, who also promised to promote peace and prosperity in Omadino as well as unite all groups, stressed that his executive would foster good relationship with the leadership of the community and attract sustainable development to Omadino.

 

The immediate past Chairman of Omadino Graduates’ Forum, Mr. Joshua Ghereje, noted that his leadership did well, despite some challenges, adding that they were able to assist the community in terms of water supply. 

 

President, National Association of Itsekiri Graduates, NAIG, Comrade Ben Eburajolor, charged the new OGF executive to respect their Oath of Office, reminding them that their assignment is a collective job, geared towards taking the forum to higher level.

 

Fresh Angle International can report that other members of the new OGF executive are: Amos Uduaghan; Vice Chairman, Jim Okeh; Secretary, Jim Temienor; P.R.O, Mola Asin Kowe; Treasurer and Oris Henry Itsekiri; Assistant Secretary.
