The House of Representatives’ Adhoc Committee on Relocation of Tank Farms in Residential Areas, has reportedly given Warri based indigeneously owned Oil and Gas Company, A & E Petrol, a clean bill of healthy to operate, for meeting up the criteria of proper spacing in its operational area.
Fresh Angle International can report that A & E Petrol, owned by business mogul and consumrate politician, Chief Ayirimi Emami, is one of several tank farms situated at Ifiekporo in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The House of Representatives’ Adhoc Committee on Relocation of Tank Farms in Residential Areas, led by Hon. Sergius Ogun, yesterday inspected tank farms such as A& E Petrol, Aida Energy Limited, Matrix Energy, Matrix Gas, Bluefin, Pinnacle, AYM Shafa Limited and Keonamex Petroleum at Ifiekporo.
Representatives of the Department of Petroleum Resources, Nigerian Ports Authority, NIMASA, Federal Ministry of Environment and the Federal Fire Service, accompanied the House Committee for the inspection.
