The Head of Personnel Management of Warri South Local Government Council, Dr. (Mrs.) Minnie Igbrude, has felicitated with Vice Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Chief (Mrs.) Divine Ann Iniovosa, on the occasion of her birthday, Friday August 28.
In a goodwill message, Dr. Igbrude, described Chief Iniovosa as a humble and kind woman of the people, committed to the success of the Dr. Michael Tidi led administration of Warri South Local Government, saying the simple disposition of Chief Iniovosa, is a pride to women in public service.
She urged the Warri South Vice Chairman to remain steadfast in her belief in God and resolve to work with Dr. Tidi as well as other members of Warri South Council Executive, to continually deliver quality grassroots governance.
While expressing optimism that God will never cease to bless and protect Chief Iniovosa as she begins a new phase in her soaring journey on earth, Dr. Igbrude, prayed God to give the Warri South Vice Chairman more wisdom and knowledge in the service of humanity.
