Feeler just reaching Fresh Angle International, says the management of Delta State University, DELSU, Abraka, has mandated each post graduate student of the state owned ivory tower, to pay N10,000 each as levy for COVID - 19 facility upgrade.
One of the affected students who informed this newspaper on condition of anonymity amid shock, stated in a short message: "Good Morning All,
Please be inform that Delsu has mandated every postgraduate student to make a Covid-19 facility upgrade payment of #10,000".
"Bros, its not only post graduate students oh. Undergraduate students at Delsu in college of education are asked to pay #3,000 naira each for covid 19 facility.", another student, who also prefers anonymity revealed.
