It is no longer news that Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole paints an impeccable image before the public, but indications have emerged that the governor allegedly doled out N25m largesse to members of the out-gone Interim Executive of Delta State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Our Benin City Correspondent reports.
According to sources, the largesse was released by Adams Oshiomhole to enable them facilitate their recent membership registration in Delta State.
It was also gathered that registration of prospective members could not hold in many wards in Delta State due to inadequate materials as a result of lack of effective and judicious use of the N25m.
All efforts to reach the newly elected Chairman of APC in Delta State, Prophet Jones Ode Erue to comment on the N25m largesse and the ripples it caused in the party were futile as at press time.
Fresh Angle can also report that the Edo State APC registration exercise of new members was also not successful, as factions emerged on the true membership of the party, even as some complained that they were not allowed to register in order to perpetually put them out of real political business in Edo State.
