A community development advocate and Master’s Degree holder of Public Administration from the prestigious University of Benin, UNIBEN, Edo State, Prince David Odeli, has reportedly emerged the new Chairman of Tisun Management Council in Warri North Local Government Area, Delta State.
Odeli, who was the immediate past Secretary of the oil – rich Warri North community, emerged chairman in a process held this afternoon, Sunday November 29 at Tisun.
He would lead the IRDC community for the next four years, alongside other members of his new executive.
