The Acting Chairman/Director of Personnel Management of Warri South Local Government, Dr. (Mrs.) Minnie Igbrude, has appealed to Security Chiefs in the local government area, to give her administration the same support given to the immediate past Chairman of Warri South Local Government, Dr. Michael Tidi, so as to consolidate on the existing peace in Warri South.
Dr. Igbrude, made the appeal Thursday January 14, when she led Treasurer to Warri South Local Government Council, Mr. Ugborugbo Moses, the Council’s Assistant Director of Administration, Mr. Geoffrey Anamali, the Chief Admin Officer in-Charge of Security Schedule, Misan Mabiaku and the Image Maker of the Council, Mr. Ebule Anthony Metsese, on a working visit to Security Chiefs in Warri South Local Government.
The Police Area Commander in Warri, ACP Abubaka Argungun, the Assistant Director of DSS Warri, Asibong B Eteng and DPO Police ‘A’ Division Warri, CSP Ezekiel U Onyeke, were among Security Chiefs visited by the new Warri South Council Boss.
While thanking the Security Personnel for contributing to the existing peace in Warri, Dr. Igbrude, enjoined them to synergize with her administration.
The Area Commander of the Nigerian Police, Warri, ACP Abubaka Argungun, stated that the visit of Dr. Igbrude, was a mark of recognition and respect for the Police as an institution.

He noted, “Our relationship with Warri South Council is very cordial. The immediate past Chairman, supported us with the necessary information and I am sure yours won’t be any different. Your visit has shown that you have the capacity to deliver in peace building and sustenance”.
