The self-styled veteran litigant and Secretary of OML 150 Communities’ Consultative Forum in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Oritseweyinmi Agbonekuya Aginejuone, has petitioned the Warri Area Commander of Nigerian Police, over alleged conspiracy to assassinate the Olare-Aja (Eldest Man) of Uwakeno Community in Warri South, Olumami Akuyatsami as well as four others; Emmanuel Afortan, Dr. Felix Omatseye, Andrew Akpita and John Etsemi.
In the petition dated February 20, 2021 and routed through his Counsel, C.V. Isiwu and Associates, Mr. Aginejuone, alleged that one Orugboh (full names withheld) and four others (names also withheld) claimed that Olumami Akuyatsami had severally opposed the cluster of the said Orugboh and his cohorts, “preventing them from being able to perform their unwholesome and nefarious purposes”.
Aginejuone stated that he is: “Profoundly in fear and trepidation over the conspiracy against the lives of the five persons sought to be assassinated, being valued members of their community, family men and leaders to many, people loved and respected by many more”.
Fresh Angle International can report that Aginejuone appealed to the Police Area Commander to intervene, “to save the lives of the five persons sought to be assassinated and bring the would-be assassins to justice”.
