Aya educates Youths of Ndokwa-West on Recruitment Process into Nigerian Army

The Delta State Recruitment Officer of the Nigeria Army, Major F C Aya, has educated youths of Ndokwa-West Local Government Area of the State on how to apply for the ongoing Army recruitment exercise.

 

Major Aya, who spoke extensively on the recruitment process, which already started online since February 15 and will be closing April 6, outlined the age brackets eligible to apply.

 

According to Our Kwale Correspondent, Major Aya explained that youths between the ages of 18 - 22 should have O' level certificate, while artisans as well as holders of OND, NCE, HND and other qualifications, should be between ages 18 and 26 years.

 

The Army Officer, clarified the basic criteria for applicants to include four O' level Passes, 1.68ft height for males and 1.62ft for females.

 

He gave the explanations yesterday, Tuesday March 2, when he paid a working visit to Ndokwa-West Local Government Council Secretariat in Kwale, Delta State.

 

Fresh Angle International can report that Major Aya, visited the council in-company of two State Liaison Officers; Mr. Egodo Emmanuel and Comr. Atima Jannings, as well as a Warrant Officer, Musa Yusuf.

 

In his response, the Head of Personnel Management of Ndokwa- West Local Government Council cum Acting Chairman, Mr. Clement Anigoro, commended the Military Personnel for taking out time to sensitize youths of the council area on the recruitment process.

The Council Boss, tasked the Ndokwa-West Youth Council Chairman, Comr. Moonshine and other youths from different towns and villages in the local government, to drive the message to other youths in the area, noting that the recruitment exercise is an avenue to reduce the number of unemployed youths.
