“My Chairman permit me to intimate you further on the happenings within the Local Government Area while you were away on “leave”. Most of the happenings you were indeed aware of. You may recall that on Saturday 13th February, 2021, there was a fire incident at Aleh, 58 Market Road, Warri where about Nine (9) rooms apartment and a Church was burnt down and the occupant of the buildings were left with nothing apart from the clothes they wore. Most pathetic was two women with new born babies that had no place to rest their head. To that, on my visit to the scene, I paid Five (5) months’ rent each for the two women. Again, One Mama Esther Okelezu, a victim had severe burns at her back and arms, and was admitted at the Word of Life Clinic. On my visit to her, I also gave her a little financial assistance.

“Within the period of your absence, we continued with your good Environmental Sanitation to ensure that Warri South Local Government Area were kept clean, particularly, with the visit of His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State and his Counterpart from Bayelsa State for the commissioning of the reconstructed Ubeji Access Road and Ighogbadu Secondary School, I ensured that the Local Government Area and indeed the project commissioning environment were conducive to receive our amiable Governor”.
