Warri New Warri Lions Club makes Tidi her First Ambassador

Warri New Warri Lions Club, WNWLC, has announced Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael E. Tidi, as her First Ambassador, saying the Council Boss is one of them.

 

Fresh Angle International can report that the President of Warri New Warri Lions Club, LN Lizzy Efejuku, made the announcement Thursday April 22, at the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri, Delta State, when she led LN (Chief) Veronica Piserchia, LN Cecilia Ajah and LN Toritse Emiko Gochua on a congratulatory visit to Dr. Michael Tidi.

LN Efejuku, who described Dr. Tidi as Lion at a distance, called for his support to enable the Warri New Warri Lions Club, achieve her dream of getting a Club House, where members of the Club can interact socially in their unflinching desire to serve humanity.

 

While disclosing plans by the Club to have investiture soon, LN Efejuku, stated that Warri New Warri Lions Club, do a lot on the welfare of physically challenged persons, health issues as it affects sight and provided palliatives during the peak of COVID-19 pandemic.

 

LN Efejuku, said they want to be recognized in Warri South Local Government and presented a plaque to Dr. Tidi, saying: “This is to show that we are proud of you”.

In his response, an elated Dr. Tidi, stated that the presentation of LN Efejuku: “Goes to show our mothers are still interested in serving humanity and showing good example”.

 

Dr. Tidi, promised to support the Warri New Warri Lions Club to get a Club House, despite paucity of fund.

 

The Warri South Local Government Chief Executive, tasked members of the Club to mentor potential mothers, “because the society is in need of mentorship’, adding that he has appointed an Aide to address issues of the Girl-Child, as part of efforts to mentor younger girls.
