Ahead tomorrow’s (Saturday May 8, 5.30pm) Tea-Time English Premier League game between league leaders, Manchester City and fourth-place Chelsea, Manchester City Manager, Pep Guardiola, has admitted having a lot of respect for German-born Tactician and Chelsea gaffer, Thomas Tuchel.
Fresh Angle International can report that Guardiola, disclosed his respect for Tuchel during a pre-match briefing held today, Friday May 7.
Recall, that Chelsea defeated Manchester City 1:0 at the semi-final of this year’s FA Cup played at Wembley Stadium few weeks ago and both teams are set to confront each other at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey on May 29 for the 2021 UCL Champions League final.
Pep stated: “I have a lot of respect for Thomas Tuchel. He has been in Mainz, Dortmund, PSG and now here. The teams are always a joy to watch. I have not been working with him so I don’t know [what he does], but I am not surprised. Huge compliments for what they have done so far”.
