Youth Chairman of the ancient town of Jakpa in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State, Comrade Arubi Ajofotan, has described the award of excellence bestowed on the immediate past Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area, Amb Aduge Okorodudu, as an attestation of the leadership quality of the former council Boss and chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party.
