The management of National Youth Service Corps, NYSC this afternoon, Sunday May 23, refuted a release trending online, purported to have been issued by the Scheme, directing Corps Members to stop wearing NYSC uniform to Community Development Service, CDS, meetings, as well as other official programmes.
The NYSC Management described the information as fake and baseless, saying it did not emanate from the Corps.
"Corps Members are advised to always glean authentic information only from NYSC social media platforms and the traditional media", the statement obtained by Fresh Angle International from the verified twitter handle of the Corps, emphasised.
