Rivers State Governor, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, has disclosed plans to commission the 21.3km Odufor-Akpoku-Umuoye Road Project in Etche Local Government Area in the State on Tuesday June 15.
Fresh Angle International can report that Wike, made the disclosure via his twitter handle this morning, Wednesday June 2, adding that they were in Etche Local Government Area yesterday, to flag-off the construction of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Rivers State University.
He assured that the campus of Rivers State University, would be completely equipped in the next 12 months, to enable them join the academic calendar from next year.
“While In the past we constructed the 16 Km Chokocho-Umuechem-Ozuzu Road, the 14 Km Chokocho-Igbo Etche- Rumuokwurushi Road and the 8.2 km Ulakwo-Afara-Niyi Road all in Etche Local Government Area, we would soon announce the award of one more major road project in Etche Local Government Area”, Wike stated.
