The Inspector - General of Police, IGP, Usman Alkali Baba, has launched, " NEVER AGAIN" mandate to stop gunmen from attacking its formations and personnel, Fresh Angle International can report.
This much, was disclosed when The Theatre Commander,Operation Restore Peace, South - South Zone, DIG Moses Ambakina Jitoboh, visited the Delta State Command of the Force.
DIG Jitoboh, reportedly stated that the IGP , has directed all DIGs of the various geopolitical zones to go round their zones and boost the morale of the Men, advising Officers to be proactive and sensitive to their environment at all times.
He warned that Never Again, should policemen fold their hands and allow miscreants attack them, assuring that modalities have been put in place to ensure the welfare of the police is improved.
