Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties, Hon. Johnbull Atse Edema, has felicitated with Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on the occasion of his 62nd Birthday, today, Thursday July 8, saying Dr. Okowa’s: “Track record of irrefutable contributions to societal development and the advancement of humanity, is visible for all to see”.
