The Kogi State Commissioner for Women Affairs, Hajia Fatima Kabir Buba, has felicitated with the State Deputy Governor, Chief Edward David Onoja on his 47th birthday.
Our Kogi State Correspondent reports that Buba, in a statement signed Monday August 9, described Chief Onoja, as a blessing not only to Kogi State, Nigeria, but the world in general.
While eulogizing Onoja in his supporting efforts at building a better Kogi State, the commissioner prayed that Almighty Allah will give him long life and strength to achieve his vision on earth.
She lauded the tremendous hard work put in place by the State Deputy Governor adding that his cordial relationship with the present administration led by His Excellency, Gov. Yahaya Bello has helped to meet the yearning of the people and also made Kogi the pacesetter for other states to follow.
' Today is a remarkable day as we are celebrating a political icon per excellence. His excellency, the Deputy Governor of Kogi State Chief Edward David Onoja, is a man whose contribution to Kogi and the nation can't be overemphasized.
"Chief Onoja is a worthy leader whose supportive and contributory roles in the present administration, has made Kagi State one of the most developed States in Nigeria in the last five years.
" As you mark this auspicious day in your life, Almighty Allah will continue to elevate, protect and give you all your heart desires. We are proud of your impact on the people and we will keep praying that the sky will be your starting point" She noted.
