The Kogi State Police Command on Wednesday September 8, arrested four robbery and kidnap suspects, Fresh Angle International can report.
The arrested suspects are: Guda Dangana, Dogo Chure, Dekina Zhiya and Samson Nyizo, all from Bassa Local Government area of the state.
Our Kogi State Correspondent, reports that the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Kogi State Command, DSP William Ovye Aya, made the disclosure in a statement sent to newsmen.
The Police Image Maker, said the four suspects, had been terrorizing Bassa Local Government and its environs.
Aya stated that following a credible intelligence, the kidnap and armed robbery suspects, were sighted in a compound at new Jarusalem Oguma area in Bassa Local Government in which Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force attached to Bassa Division led by the DPO promptly swung into action to effect their arrest.
Items recovered from the suspects according to Aya includes, one locally made Pistol, one 7.62mm ammunition, one cartridge, one G3 ammunition and two human skulls.
