The Member Representing Warri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, has felicitated with his constituents and other Deltans as Nigeria marks her 61st Independence anniversary.
Chief Ereyitomi, who is Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, said the country has recorded some level of development, despite apparent challenges, adding: “Changes across Warri Federal Constituency, is visible compared to past years of pre and immediate post-independence of Nigeria. Much is expected to be done in adding value and making the country greater”.
While urging his constituents to sustain peaceful coexistence, so as to attract investors, the Federal lawmaker, assured people of Warri South, Warri North and Warri South-West Local Government Areas of his commitment in improving their standard of living, promising to sustain his empowerment programmes.
