The Police in Warri, Delta State have arrested one Kelvin Pere Authur, a 28-year old alleged armed robber who has been in the wanted list of the force.
The suspect who has been on the Police wanted list for series of crimes ranging from armed robbery was apprehended following a tip off.
According to a Police report, Kelvin was arrested in the neighbourhood of Orhuwhorun in Udu Local Government Area during a raid by men of the Nigerian police.
Items recovered from Kelvin Pere Authur who has made a confessional statement include one Toyota Camry (Spider) with Registration number GRA 306 KH.
In a related development, a Police Patrol Team from Area Command Office in Warri, Delta State, operating in collaboration with vigilante men has arrested six suspected cultists at Ogedegbe area in the Oil City of Warri.
The suspects are believed to be members of a cult group that terrorized the Ogedegbe area September 22, 2014.
According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Delta State Police Command, DSP Celestina Kalu, efforts are on to track down their cohorts.
