Uncertainty surrounds a mutilated body discovered this morning, Tuesday February 1, almost opposite Delta Broadcasting Service, DBS, along the NPA Expressway, Warri.
Some transporters and passersby, who could not look at the heavily mutilated body, told Our Correspondent that they noticed the gory site this morning, fueling speculations that the incident leading to the death of the unidentified person, might have happened over-night or at the dawn of today.
