The Member Representing Warri Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Chief (Dr.) Thomas Ereyitomi, has ensured that the Bill proposed by his predecessor, Hon. Daniel Reyenieju, for the Establishment of Federal Polytechnic, Koko in Delta State, successfully scaled through passage at the House of Representatives, awaiting concurrence by the Senate.
Our Senior Correspondent reports that the Bill was initiated to provide equity and access to Tertiary Education in the country, make comprehensive provisions for its due management and administration as well as for related matters (HB 381).
Recall that the Bill, was first introduced in the House of Representatives in the 8th Assembly by Hon. Reyenieju and was reintroduced by Chief Ereyitomi, with quality input and efficient engagement with fellow lawmakers.
Fresh Angle International understands that the Bill for establishment of Federal Polytechnic, Koko, was passed Tuesday February 8 and sent to the Senate.
