The first Nigerian female Vice-Chancellor at the University of Benin, Edo State and first Nigerian woman to receive a Doctorate, Prof. Grace Alele-Williams, has allegedly died.
A thread obtained by This Newspaper few minutes ago from a Whatsapp Group having prominent Itsekiris as members, dropped the hint of Prof. Alele-Williams’ possible demise.
“The Education icon and great Mathematician, Prof. Grace Alele Williams, has gone to be with the Lord. May her soul rest in peace”, the post by one Femi Uwawah, claimed.
