A House of Assembly hopeful and chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Linda Eya Ikpuri, has described Delta State Deputy Governor, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro, as a man of integrity, focused leader and impeccable team player.
Chief Ikpuri, who is aspiring to represent Warri South Constituency 2 in Delta State House of Assembly come 2023, spoke glowingly about the Delta State Deputy Governor, Barr. Otuaro, in a goodwill message to felicitate with him on the occasion of his birthday today, Saturday April 16.
While describing Barr. Otuaro as her political leader, Chief Ikpuri, an offshoot of Ikpuri dynasty in Edjeba, Warri and Isada of Agbarha Kingdom- Warri, expressed optimism that God will continually endow Barr. Otuaro with longevity, good health, wisdom and increased knowledge, " as a result of his devout commitment to the service of God and humanity."
She prayed God to strengthen Barr. Otuaro, " to enable him actualize his legitimate ambition of becoming Delta State Governor, from May 29,2023."
