Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, has saluted former two - time Chairman of Warri South Local Government, Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema, on the occasion of his birthday today,, Tuesday April 19, saying his administration is upscaling the environmental sanitation policy of Hon. Edema.
Dr. Tidi, who made the assertion in a goodwill message to felicitate with Hon. Edema, stated that his administration has widened the strategy of cleaning up Warri South Local Government Area, as initiated by the former Council Boss and gradually instilling the beautification culture on traders along major roads and streets in Warri, in - line with the state governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa's mandate.
The Warri South Local Government Chairman, wished Hon. Edema, many more flourishing years ahead as he strives toward serving humanity in another capacity, saying his administration will continue to partner progressive elements in the task of advancing grassroots governance and pushing for quality representation of Warri South in Delta State House of Assembly come 2023.
