A Senatorial aspirant for Kogi West Senatorial District on the platform of All Progressives Congress, Hon. Sunday Karimi, has debunked media reports that he detected from the ruling All Progressive Congress, to the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
Hon. Karimi while reacting to some online media reports earlier today, Wednesday May 4, described reports of the purported defection as the handiwork of mischief makers and the imagination of the writers and spores.
While describing it as foolishness to leave the APC for the unknown, the former federal lawmaker said he remains the candidate to beat in the forthcoming All Progressives Congress Primaries.
He urged political gladiators to accept party decision, adding that, pull down syndrome is now archaic in the present political dispensation.
" APC would win convincingly in the coming elections in Nigeria and Kogi State. This is the highest level of foolishness by the writers and their sponsor to ever think I will leave APC, which is a known party for the unknown.
" I must commend the foolishness of the mischief makers for trying to paint a picture of what never existed," he added.
