According to an indigene of Ogume community, the Chairman\Group Managing Director, Delmar Group of companies, Austin Atimoh Odili and the Executive Director, Social Services Development on the board of DESOPADEC, Hon. Leonard Anoka, played vital role in restoring electricity supply to Ogbe- Ogume, one of the six quarters in Ogume.

They appealed to the Delta State government, BEDC and other relevant agencies to fix public power supply in the remaining five quarters in Ogume, to reduce the untold hardship being faced by them.
