A tweet from the member representing Ethiope Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Ben Igbakpa, indicates the federal lawmaker, may be considering dumping his political party, PDP for another political party to seek reelection mandate come 2023.
Recall the incumbent lawmaker, lost the PDP House of Representatives rerun primary for Ethiope Federal Constituency to former governor James Ibori's daughter, Erhiatake Ibori Suenu.
He stated in a tweet few minutes ago: "No Retreat; No Surrender
"Ethiope will never bow down to mediocrity and nepotistic imposition.
"We will do all we can to restore the hope of our people in good political and economic governance."
