A multi million naira District Eye Center built at the Central Hospital, Warri in Delta State, by District 404 A 1 Nigeria of Lions Club International, will be commissioned Wednesday June 22, Fresh Angle International , can report.
According to a statement by the District Governor of 404 A 1 Nigeria, Lions Club International, Lion Fortune Wagbatsoma, the project will be inaugurated 11 am by Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.
There would be free eye screening for members of the public, after commissioning of the Eye Center.
The twin Region Chairpersons, Lion Barry Eboma NLCF and Lion Uche Igbenoba NLCF, disclosed that by 2pm same day, other club projects in the twin regions, will also be commissioned.
According to Lion Eboma and Lion Igbenoba, interactive session will be held by 4pm at Bridge View Hotel, Ugbuwangue, Warri and entertainment/ hospitality, will follow at same venue.
