All Progressives Congress Candidate for Warri Federal Constituency in the 2023 general elections and owner of the first community radio in Delta State, Mr. Ekpoto Ekpoto Emmanuel, on Tuesday September 27, presented his agenda of recovery, restoration and rebuilding of Warri to the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, seeking the King’s support and blessing to enable him achieve his legislative ambition next year.

Our Senior Roving Correspondent, reports that the legislative hopeful, who led horde of his supporters and APC chieftains to the Palace of the Olu of Warri, presented the agenda to the Monarch in the form of a formal letter and officially notified the King of his intention to contest the Warri Federal Constituency seat in the 2023 polls.

 

According to Ekpoto, he decided to join the race in order to promote general prosperity and restore the dignity of Warri people, through effective legislative representation and engagement

He further stated his pledge to the constituency, is classified into Legislative and Non-legislative activities, which includes Education, Youth and Women Empowerment, Infrastructure and Industrial Development, Health, Sports as well as Social Services and Sustainable Community Development.

 

While encouraging other constituents to invest in Warri, he mentioned establishment of Warri Investment Company, as part of his agenda.

The Olu of Warri Ogiame Atuwatse III, commended the legislative candidate for a well laid-out agenda, admonishing all politicians to invest in the improvement of education through quality training of teachers, apart from renovation / building of classrooms.

 

He prayed for the candidate to succeed on his 2023 political journey.
