Four unidentified female passengers and a male commercial tricycle rider escaped death today, July 17 at about 2:15pm as a blue TVS King commercial tricycle with registration number:HTE-328 WL ANAMBRA (DT/CT/00532A) had side collusion with a Volkswagen Passat car and somersaulted three times along Ogunu Flyover in Warri, Delta State.
According to an eyewitness (name not mentioned) there were four female passengers and a male commercial tricycle rider on board when the tricycle had side collusion with a black Passat car heading towards the NPA Expressway, Ugbuwangue, Warri.
Our Correspondent reports that the eyewitness explained that the four female passengers and the tricycle rider sustained injuries on their head, chest, legs and hands as a result of the somersault before landing on the side of the road and they were rushed to unidentified hospital for medical attention by some sympathizers and the driver of the said vehicle.
Another eyewitness (name withheld), also noted that it was the intervention of sympathizers that promptly ran to the scene of the incident that helped to rescue the victims.
