2023: Team Esimaje Awani, gathers over 5,000 supporters for Oborevwori

Team Esimaje Awani Support Group, on Tuesday November 1, gathered over 5,000 supporters for Delta State PDP Governorship Candidate in the March 2023 elections, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, sensitizing eligible voters in Warri and other parts of Delta State, on the need to cast their vote for Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.

Highlights of the Rally by Team Esimaje Awani Support Group;

Our Senior Correspondent reports that members of Team Esimaje Awani Support Group, who converged at the field opposite Olu Palace, Warri, marched through Ajamimogha, Airport Road, Okumagba Avenue, Okumagba Estate Roundabout, Okere Market Square, Ekpen, Mabiaku Link Road and Nana College Road, all in Warri, before rounding off the sensitization rally at the now popular Rice Farm at Esisi Road, also in Oil City.

Addressing the massive crowd at the Rice Farm in Esisi Road, the Initiator and Coordinator of Team Esimaje Awani Support Group, Comrade Esimaje Awani, described Delta State Governor and Vice-Presidential Candidate of the PDP in the 2023 polls, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, “as an asset to Nigeria, Delta and the entire World”.

Comrade Awani added: “With the infrastructural development, Agricultural revolution, road master (construction) and job creation as achievements, Dr. Okowa, has endeared Deltans to support his ambition for Atiku-Okowa ticket in 2023 and Sheriff Oborevwori for Governor”.

Whilst stating that Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is the longest serving Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, managing the complexities of the state across behavioral patterns and length, Comrade Awani, opined: “Rt. Hon. Oborevwori, is a man with street credibility and has the quality and prerequisite skill of leadership. 

“Sheriff Oborevwori, is the only qualified person to take over Delta Government House in 2023. Deltans should vote massively for him and other PDP candidates. They should vote for Atiku-Okowa Presidential ticket, Hon. Michael Diden for Senate, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi for House of Representatives (Warri Federal Constituency) Hon. Augustine Uroye and Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru, for Warri South Constituencies I and II in Delta State House of Assembly”.

According to him, Dr. Okowa as Vice President to Atiku, “is a booster and asset to the country”, advising other political parties’ candidates, not to incite other candidates”.

Special Assistant to Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on Youth and Community Development, Prince David Odeli, while addressing the press, said Delta is for Atiku-Okowa ticket and solidly a PDP state.
