Feelers just reaching Fresh Angle International reveal that a fire outbreak just occurred at a pipeline close to the Army Barracks in Effurun, Delta State. The cause of the fire is yet unknown, even as it was gathered that a pipeline in that area suffered leakage three weeks ago.
