For the first time after handing over the Presidency of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN to Rev. (Dr.) Felix Omobude, National President of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Pastor Ayodele Joseph Oritesejafor has revealed that he left N600million in the coffers of PFN, acquired and almost completed a secretariat for the Pentecostal Christian body.
Pastor Oritsejafor who made the disclosure at his Word of Life Bible Church in Warri, Delta State Sunday November 29 after a sermon added that he also secured a land and built a Four-Star Hotel for Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, which would soon be commissioned and ran by a consortium firm.
The CAN President noted that people usually don’t talk of his achievements, but will continually initiate welfare programs capable of moving Christendom in Nigeria forward.
Pastor Oritsejafor’s Church in Warri gives out cars, tricycles, scholarships and other forms of empowerment every December to underprivileged persons despite pockets of criticism that have trailed his missionary work, especially his presumed support for ex-President Goodluck Jonathan as well as stance against the vicious activities of Boko Haram.
He has also continually championed activities regarding the welfare of internally displaced persons as a result of Boko Haram attacks.
